New to iTAN?
Follow our suggestions for the best possible tanning experience!
1. Interested in a Spray Tanning or Tanning membership? For your first session,
book two consecutive time slots on our scheduling system (for new clients only). We
want to make sure we have ample time to help you choose the right plan and walk
you through any questions about the service.
2. Get familiar with iTAN! Check out our spray tan page especially if you’re a first-time spray tanner: we created them to help you get comfortable and feel thoroughly prepped before your first session.
3. Tanning for a special occasion? Book your first spray tan session a minimum of 7- 10 days before the event to make sure you’re satisfied with your shade. Then again 1-3 days before your big event!

Please arrive on time. We know things happen, which is why we’re happy to give every client a 5-minute grace period. Out of respect for our clients and staff members, we reserve the right to service the next waiting customer and will help you reschedule a more convenient time for your appointment. If you arrive 5 minutes late, however, those 5 minutes will be deducted from your total session. Please note that this policy was created to honor existing appointments so we can properly follow all the cleaning procedures newly outlined by the Ottawa Health Unit.
Appointment times may vary. We pride ourselves on running smoothing and operating on time, but on the rare occasion a previous appointment runs late or we’re making sure every area is perfectly sanitized before your session, you may need to wait. In these scenarios, we want to make sure you know your time is valuable to us, too: you can choose any other available sunbed or if you prefer, you’re free to wait until your sunbed is ready.
Cancellations MUST be submitted online at least 45 minutes before your appointment. Phone calls are not accepted. Please note that missed appointments may incur a $5 service fee to account for the inconveniences to other clients and our staff.
