Please note:
Please arrive on time. We know things happen, which is why we’re happy to give every client a 5-minute grace period. Out of respect for our clients and staff members, we reserve the right to service the next waiting customer and will help you reschedule a more convenient time for your appointment. If you arrive 5 minutes late, however, those 5 minutes will be deducted from your total session. Please note that this policy was created to honor existing appointments so we can properly follow all the cleaning procedures newly outlined by the Ottawa Health Unit.
Appointment times may vary. We pride ourselves on running smoothing and operating on time, but on the rare occasion a previous appointment runs late or we’re making sure every area is perfectly sanitized before your session, you may need to wait. In these scenarios, we want to make sure you know your time is valuable to us, too: you can choose any other available sunbed or if you prefer, you’re free to wait until your sunbed is ready.
Cancellations MUST be submitted online at least 45 minutes before your appointment. Phone calls are not accepted. Please note that missed appointments may incur a $5 service fee to account for the inconveniences to other clients and our staff. Booking Faq
Booking your tan is simple,!
1. Visit www.itanstudios.com and click the “Book a Tan” button on the top right to take you directly to this page.
2. Choose which location you would like to tan at.
3. Once on the scheduling app, press "Schedule Now" and choose your date, time, and bed!
4. Remember to check your spam or trash folder if you do not see a booking confirmation email in your Inbox.

You must cancel or change your booking at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If this isn’t completed within the 45-minute window, it will be considered a missed appointment. Please note that a $5 service fee may apply for missed appointments.
There are two ways to cancel or change an appointment:
1. Go to your original booking confirmation email and click “My Appointment.”
2. Go to www.itanstudios.com, then click the “Book a Tan” button to link you to our scheduling app.
If you miss one scheduled appointment without proper cancellation, your booking privileges may be suspended, but don’t worry: you can still come for walk-in tans! We value our clients’ and staff members’ time: if you miss your scheduled appointment, it creates a domino effect that impacts not only our operations but also other clients who may have wanted to book an appointment during your time slot.
Please note that voicemails, comments or private messages on social media platforms, and emails are appreciated but are not considered acceptable routes for canceling or changing an appointment. If you have any questions about iTAN’s booking policy, contact us at info@itanstudios.com.
It’s up to you, but we highly recommend booking an appointment online so you can focus on enjoying your session. If you do decide to pop in without an appointment, please know that we prioritize scheduled appointments; any free time between those sessions is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis to walk-ins. To make sure everything runs smoothly, we also reserve the right to adjust the appointments within a 5-minute range to accommodate client bookings.
It’s up to you: you’re able to book your next spray tan session as soon as you walk out of your scheduled appointment!
For the best spray tan experience possible, we recommend booking a session every 4-5 days. Anything more frequent may lead to oversaturation. We also recommend purchasing one of our signature exfoliating mitts or an iTAN body wash scrub to use before each session to maximize your results. We’re aligned with Health Canada in our recommendations: we suggest waiting 48 hours minimum in between each sunbed tanning session. We allow booking up to a certain number of days per week and adjust it accordingly based on availability, time of year, and overall client demand.
